Question about Acer AL1715 17" LCD Monitor
Hello, I have an Acer Monitor not sure on the exact model, Had it for 2 years. And last night i was trying to come back from stand by and nothing happens. It just remains black with the green light on. I checked if it was the vid card and its not it. I switched box's around and narrowed it down that its the monitor. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?
The monitor should come when the power button is pressed once - period. If not, and it continues to happen when connected to another PC, then the hardware (internal electronic part/s) is having trouble powering up the panel/ccds and it should be replaced/serviced according to the terms of the warranty. I suggest to bring the unit to an authorized service center to properly diagnose & fix it. regards
