Question about Homelite Mighty Lite Lawn Trimmer
I got all new gas and new stark plug .Can't find model number.Did find zip-start,25cc,sh2025ub24ra
Most likely its a homelite
Will it run at half choke?
Spark plug gapped .025-.030?
You did mix 2 cycle oil and gas? 40:1 not outboard motor oil
Check your fuel lines closely move them to make sure none are broken?
Check your primer bulb?
Make sure you look in side your fuel tank and make sure you can see your filter is still intact with the fuel line?
Ethanol fuel? 10%or less?
Stabilizer in your fuel?
low and high end adj. screws may need tweeking?
If they are capped you may or may not need a special tool to access
If they are not capped use a small screwdriver "note SMALL" turn and count the number of turns it takes to bottom out each adj screw marked H and L do not force once they both stop turning clockwise STOP!
Now bring them both back out the number of turns you counted with an additional approx. 1/4 turn.
Start trimmer as you would again and see what takes place. Better same or worse?
You may end up needing a carb. rebuild kit or diaphram kit?
Thats what i know for now maybe this may help or maybe not?
