Have you tried running vinigar or a cleaner throught with the water or running a wire up it .Sometimes they plug up withlime and will not allow the water to run.Be sure and rinse it well after the cleanser so everything runs clear and you may have to do this two or three times, depending on how pluged it is.

My wii ac adapter got pluged into a stronger voltage

If the adapter was plugged into the Wii at the time, then you need a new Wii. If it wasn't, then that electricity is a lot stronger than it should be, so RUN!

My mp3 player only works when it is pluged in to the charger.

Have you let the battery charge? You are supposed to charge it at least four hours the first time, or until it is full. You just need to leave it connected to the computer for it to charge.

CLR2060 Clear Ice Maker Won't Freeze

Water is not supposed to run all the time. Maybe you have a problem with your solenoid or the circuit that shuts your water. Sometimes solenoid just needs cleaning.
