Question about Zebra Z4M Printer
I HAVE 6 LABEL ROLLS AND ZEBRA Z4 M PRINTER. THE PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT FIRST 3 STICKERS AND THE OTHER 3 IS NOT GOOD QUALITY. FIRST STICKER IS SO WEAK PRINTED, 2.ND IS A BIT MORE 3. IS GRADUALLY GETTING DARKER. HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM..
Firstly clean the Print head with Isopropyl Alchohol and a cotton bud, do not use any sharp objects or fingernails. Next set the printer driver to change the print darkness to a higher level, there should be no reason to go darker than 20. I would imagine you have changed the ribbon for something like Wax to a Premuim Wax Resin which take more heat to transfer the ink.

Try slowing down the print speed to 2 ips. Then increase the speed. Usually, this is a problem of exceeding the limits of the printer. The faster you print, the weaker the print. With a ribbon that is matched to the label stock, you will have an optimum speed for best performance.
