My problem is i have a new cartridge then i was put the printer not detect new cartridge the cartridge is not recognized black and colored. what we do my printer please help me my problem because my new is new.
Take out the catridge and check for the following:
1. At the base of the cartridge where a chip like item is, take off or strip off a glue like label if its on the chip surface of the cartridge.
2. Make sure you place the black and colour cartridge at the right positions.
3. Check the Cartridge bay in the printer (i.e where you place the cartridge in the printer) for the right color description to help you place the cartridge properly.
4. Lastly check the cartridge pack or printer manual to make sure the cartridges are compactible with the printer, else return them to the shop for replacement
