Nokia N95 problem

-   my N95-1 worked fine for about a year then yesterday after replacing the battery with a fresh charged one, it decided to only turn on with no way of using the phone. when ever you press a button not power or camera keys it freezes the screen and powers off without a auto restart. :( boo

all 'soft keys' (front facing keys) shut off the device when used even for entering the sim pin, i found a way to keep the device powered on by using the tv out cable to confuse the device from blanking the screen. i used this method to reset the firmware and also the rom model to the original using USB, although still has same impractical issue and shuts off on first use. :-S evidently not a software issue as new firmware did not solve the problem.

baring in mind i used a usb flashing program (NSS) to change the product code of the ROM also debranding my O2 phone with new firmware, this was not the cause of my problem as i was using this N95-1 device with 8GB firmware for over 6months without a hitch.

the only way to tackle such 'problem' issues would be to contact your nearest Nokia service center or operator for refurbishment or even replacement.

-   My Nokia N95 went flat so i charged it for several hours. Now it is saying it is fully charged according to the bars. It will turn on but the screen is blank. If anyone can help me ASAP i would be very grateful-   Guest

-   hi i have the nokia n95 it was working great at 1 time and then when i got home i opened it up and the phone was on but the screen was just blank i can here the buttons but there is nothing on the screen can any body please haep asap thanks mark-   moors4572
