Question about HP OfficeJet 7140xi All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have just replaced the black cartridge in my hp 7140xi but it will still not run. the sreen is still asking me to replace the black cartridge
Turn off the printer.
pull out the black ink cartridge and reseat it. make sure there is no shipping tape attached and it "click" in the carrier.
turn on the printer, close the cover.
