Question about SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive
Sir , when i formatting the pen drive ...it showing the error message "windows was unable to complete the format"... please suggest me sir
Far too often these little things have an almost invisible read/write protect button on them. Look carefully, over the entire surface of the USB Flash Drive. You might have this switch turned to Write Protect, which means there is nothing you can do, until you turn it the other way, and allow the device to be written to.

Hello, after experiencing the similar windows unable to complete the format error problems recently with my 16GB USB flash drive, I learned there were several methods to resolve such drive issues:
1). Check this Cruser pen drive is write protected or password protected. If it is, go remove the password protection or write protection at first.
2). Format it in Disk Management again
But, if it is not, merely go try to perform a format on your card in Disk Management of your PC.
3). Use flash drive formatting software.
Or if that also does not work, just go download a pen drive formatting program to have a try.
Go read more related Windows unable to complete the format error issues here:

Hope these words also help.
