my daughter got a toshiba fd-9859 900 mhz cordless phone. I need an owner's manual, instruction manual, or information on how to program the speed dial and other functions...

Toshiba has a very poor customer support for phones. You may need to contact this company which sells Toshiba phones, parts, and accessories:

or put an Ad on E-bay.
