Re: snes super mario world

Was the game dropped or had any other damage afflicted to it? These things can happen if certain parts of the connector are chipped.

Control Problems I dont know if its my controller my snes or my games I only have two games Super Mario World and Donkey Kong Country. On Super Mario the only buttons that work are the B and Start...

I'd say it sounds like an issue with either the controller or the port on the system. My advice to you would be to try a different controller, and try switching ports on the console. The games should be fine, though.

Well maybe the console needs to be cleaned out esspecially if its filled up with dust and dander.
Dust causes video game consoles to over heat 10 times faster than their normal heating rates.
To clean out the console use a canned duster like for computers.

To select Yoshi as a playable character you must succesfully collect all 40 Yoshi eggs in the Yoshi challenge mode.To see that it has been unlocked Yoshi will hatch from his egg on the title screen. If you still see an egg and not a Yoshi on the title screen than it's not completed.

Unable to access worlds 4 and 7 in Super Mario Nintendo DS game

To get to these, you will need to complete the castle at the end of worlds 3 & 6 as super mini mario. Once you defeat the castle boss, mario will drop down the little hole, and go to the new worlds

I've had my FC Twin console for about a month now. A problem that has occured with some SNES games, so far Super Metroid, Super Mario World and some parts of Super Mario RPG, the screen will move up. For...

its more than likely the game... If you shake the game, and you can hear it rattling or something, then more than likely it got crushed or demagnetized, or set out in extreme heat.

We can't figure out how to get to yoshi's castle through yoshi's house in super mario world on super nintendo

Read the information block if you want, and jump and press Up to climb onto
the fence. Go right, dodging the koopa's that are on your side as you go
and punch (X) the ones that are on the other side. Go right unto you reach
a P-Switch with blocks above them. The P-Switch does nothing so ignore it;
and the middle block has a mushroom. Carry on going right on the fence.
Watch out when going over the lava for a fireball, and later the squares are
doors when hit allows you to go on the other side of the fence, however doing
so has little point. At the end, hit the information block if you want and
touch the tape in the checkpoint. Enter the door.

The screen now moves automatically, and there are giant crushers that come from
the ceiling. For the all of them, stay on the far left to avoid. You will
come across a flying block (contains a mushroom) and an expanding / contracting
yellow block along the way. Enter the red door at the end to fight the boss
and owner of the castle, Iggy.
