Denon dvd 1940 problem. All funcion is ok, but audio impul not works? but

Check all connections from the DVD player to your amplifier/receiver and TV. Make sure the audio cables are securely connected at both ends.
Try connecting the DVD player to another amplifier/audio system using different cables to isolate if the issue is with the player or cables.
Check the audio settings on the DVD player - make sure audio output is enabled and set to an appropriate format like PCM or Bitstream. Go through the audio setup menu and reset to factory defaults.
Make sure the volume on the DVD player is turned up and not muted/very low. Try different audio tracks on a DVD movie to test.
If connected digitally via HDMI, try swapping to analog RCA connections instead. Or vice versa.
Try playing audio CDs to see if the issue only affects DVD movies or all audio.
Make sure the audio on the disks themselves are okay by testing in another player.
If there was a power surge or electrical issue, the audio circuits could have been damaged. A repair service may be needed.
As a last resort, perform a factory reset or firmware update on the DVD player.

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON AT START UP AND IDLE. NO ROUGH IDLE NO SYMPTOMS?????

Have you pulled the error codes?

1- Turn Ignition switch to OFF & Run/Stop switch is to Run.
2- Push odometer reset button in & hold.
3- Turn ignition switch to Ignition and release odometer reset button. Background lighting sould illuminate, speedometer needle should sweep its full range and indicator lamps (battery, security, low fuel, check engine and cruise) should illuminate. The word "diag" should then appear.
4 - Push the odometer reset button once and you will see the selection menu "PSSPt" with the first P flashing.
5 - Each letter represents an area of the diagnostics module. The module that is flashing is the one you are going to check. To move from one letter (module) to the next, you push the odometer reset button one time. (from P to S to SP to t and back to P, etc.)
P = ECM/ICM (Electronic Control Module [EFI] / Ignition Control Module [Carbureted])
S = TSM/TSSM (Turn Signal/ Turn Signal Security Module)
SP = speedometer
T = tachometer
6 - To get the DTC within an area of diagnostics, push and hold the odometer reset button in for 5 seconds and release. If there are any DTC's the code will be displayed or the word "none" will appear if there are no DTC's. Push the odometer reset button again to view additional codes if they exist.
7 - Record the codes.
8 - If DTC's are not to be cleared, Press and release the odometer reset button. Part number of module will be displayed.
NOTE: To determine if a code is current or historic, clear the displayed code by pushing in and holding the odometer reset button ( longer than 5 seconds) until 'clear' comes up. Release the odometer reset button. Turn OFF the ignition switch. Run your bike and shut it down then recheck the DTC's again by repeating steps 1 to 9. If the code is current it will reappear.
9 - Press and release the odometer reset button to continue to the next module.
10 - Turn Ignition switch to OFF.

How do i increase the volume of my sharp tv

If the + and - bottons don't work, maybe there's an issue with the audio processing stage, please try resetting audio to factory settings, go to audio menu and select reset option, if this doesn't work, your TV could need the audio stage to be repaired.

I have the toshiba 42hl167 and the volume is not working. only works with play station. cant here cable or bose system.

I would reset the factory defaults on the TV, but some complicating information follows these instructions:
Reset Factory Defaults
To reset all settings and channels to their factory
default values:
1 Press Y and open the Setup menu.
2 Highlight Installation and press T. A new set of
Installation menu icons will appear.
3 Open the System Status menu, highlight System
Information, and press T.
4 Press C c to scroll through the menu bar to select
Factory Defaults.
5 Enter your PIN code (or 0000 if no PIN code has been set).

Because the PC and HDMI-1 inputs share the same set of analog audio inputs, the PC Audio menu setting influences the HDMI 1 Audio menu setting. If PC Audio is set to “No,” the HDMI 1 Audio setting changes to “Auto.” If PC Audio is set to “Yes,” the HDMI 1 Audio setting is set to “Digital” and is grayed out in the menu. (Also see item 5 on page 12 of manual and “Setting the HDMI™ Audio mode” on page 43 of manual).

There is also some good information on pp.20-22 and 54-57 of the manual - this one has a lot of audio hookups and settings.
