Question about HP Photosmart C6380 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I installed my new HP C6380 using a USB cable because I don't presently have WiFi in my house. Shortly after I installed it and started printing, I noticed that my second internal hard drive (300gb) and my external hard drive (100gb) connected through a USB connection stopped responding. I've tried unpluging my printer and running the system without the printer, and the drives still won't respond. It seems too much of a coincidence that both drives would fail just at this time.
Try the drives in another usb port set, for example at the back or the front of the computer in a diffrent set of plugs than where the printer is.
