Question about Acer Extensa 5620 Notebook PC
basically, your windows has a problem and it can't start. to fix this you need the recovery disks or a windows installation disk.
either one will do, you will have to restore the computer or install windows again from the disk.
you may lose your files, but you will get the computer to work again.
if you want to keep your files it would be best if you took the laptop to a professional who can do it so that you don't loose your files, instruct them so, or to back up your files.
in windows setup you could do a repair installation instead of a full istallation and it will keep your files on the hard disk.
