I'm sorry short of asking Facebook directly your best action is to reset your pasword and the password of any other account anywhere on the Internet that used the same or similar password.

If you can't log in and want to reset your password click this link http://www.facebook.com/reset.php
Type the two words you see in the image and enter your e-mail address and press Continue. Then wait for the reset confirmation on your e-mail inbox. Once it arrived open the mail and click the link.
If the mail is not in the inbox, check your spam and junk filters.

SOURCE: hi, someone has hacked my
If you changed already the password, then it is unlikely an hacker. When the account is hacked, the hacker discovers your password, and use a regular login that can be performed by a person or by a software.
If the password gets changed, the hacker will loose access, at least for a while.
If you keep getting the problem after changing the password, then it may be a virus.
