SOURCE: I have a bizhub and the code #2152

Hi tonjalark,
On the Bizhub C250, the malfunction code C-2152 relates to Transfer Belt Seperation.
There's not a great deal you can do besides trying to reset the code and then cross your fingers.
I'd open the righthand side door. It swings down is gives you access to the transfer section. Don't mistakenly open the duplex door, which is also on the righthand side.
Have a look in here for an paper jam or something similar.
Then close the door. This should reset the code.
All this must be done with the machine swiched on.
Don't worry, as soon as a door is opened on the machine, the power disappears :-)

Good luck

Error code 2152

Trans belt retraction failure. Its a common error that can be reset by opening and closing the front door with the machine on.
Look in the trouble history and if has happened often, better order a new belt.
