Smoke coming from under oven

My advice would be to scrap the oven. Smoke is never a good sign, Even if the smoke is coming from a food scrap or cockroach trapped in the turntable motor, opening up a Microwave oven is extremely dangerous. The oven has high power capacitors inside which when charged, will deliver a dangerous and painful electric shock EVEN IF DISCONNECTED FROM THE WALL POWER POINT. These capacitors will hold their charge for days and they can be lethal. The power supply inside a microwave oven is also capable of supplying more then enough power to KILL !!!!
As the oven is tripping the breaker, replace the oven. It really is not worth attempting to repair one of these appliances unless you have extensive professional training and have access to the correct tools and equipment. Don't mess with it, replace it.

I auto cleaned my oven the other day. I wiped it out with a damp cloth and later on that night went to turn it on and it would not heat up. The power turns on and the display seems to work normal and the...

Hi, Look at the home breaker box or fuse box to check for a tripped breaker or blown fuse. If your oven is not heating because there is no power, you may need to replace a fuse or reset a breaker. Also check the power outlet to confirm that the oven is plugged into the outlet securely.

Press the "START/ENTER" button to get the oven to heat after selecting your temperature, if you cannot get it to heat. If you do not press this button within five minutes of setting the temperature, the oven heating cycle will automatically be canceled and the oven control panel will return to displaying the sign.

Calibrate the temperature setting on the oven if it is not heating at a temperature that you like. Do this by holding down the "BAKE" button until the current calibration setting appears, which will be a temperature followed by "CAL." Use the up and down arrow button to increase the temperature and press the "START/ENTER" button once you are done. You can increase in five degree increments up to an additional 35 degrees.

Call the Whirlpool customer interaction center at 800-253-1301 if your troubleshooting fails to fix your heating problem. The customer service representative can give you contact details for a local service technician so that you can have the oven looked at by a professional.

Hope it helped

When started to heat,blow fuse.

What fuse??? the power outlet fuse of the electric circuit?? the microwave fuse inside??? remember microwave oven need a lot of power you should not plug anything els on the same circuit...

if it is the fuse in the microwave, than it could be a sign that the magnetron is about to fail, or it could be a bad/erratic door safety switch that shorts from the oven's vibration... if it's the magnetron it is cheaper to buy a new microwave, if its the safety switch it can be replaced... not to expensive...

Good luck!

The oven is simply dead - there is no sign of functioning

If there is power to the outlet and the oven is still dead, the fuse is blown. To replace, remove the cover and trace the power cord inside the oven to the fuse. Replace it with the same type and amperage.
