Touch screen not working

it have problem wit touch pad or with strip you can repair it

but i m very sorry to say that ur touch screen has gone. u just visit ur nearest LG mobile service centre and get it replaced. Very sadly this is the problem observed in LG viewty mobile handset that after using it for one two year(depending on the fequency of touch ofcourse) it goes bad and the only solution available is its replacement. comapnay should have highlighted this issue.
Anyway i think after its replacement it will be alright.

You can replace it. They run about 15 dollars from ebay and are pretty striaght forward. Here is a link on how to replace the touchscreen on the Ku990.

This could be an connection problem of your matrix screen. When you open the phone you will see a flatcable with a litte flat cable connected on that cable it could be that the little one isn't fitted well the flat cable is from your LCD screen and the Little flat cable that is fitted on that Flat cable is from the matrix screen (Touch screen).

Try and clean the lines between the buttons with meths and let it dry.

hi, i work in the mobile industry and own a tocco myself. I would say that for looks the tocco is best but the camera can be slightly fuzzed. The viewty has had reports of software problems but im sure these are quite easily fixed. As per the touch screen, the tocco is more sensitive so is easier for texting but it is heat activated so cant be used wearing gloves or with a stylus, the viewty for the touch screen does need slight pressure applied. Widgets are actually available on the viewty as well, can just be a bit tricky to activate them. Obviously the tocco is much slimmer and lighter. All in all though i would say that samsung is a more trusted make, with less promblems occuring. Why not look into th new LG renoir and The samsung Omnia, bit more expensive but im sure they will have just the features and looks your after and the software is more updated. Try calibrating the screen first.

Menu > Settings > Touchpad Calibration

If that doesnt work, take the unit to an LG Service Center.
Most likely, it's the LCD that has a problem.

I cannot remember if there are settings for this in the settings, contact the retailer and ask about repair prcoess

Does it do anything when you plug it into the charger? if it doesn't im sorry to tell you this but your phone might be fried and wont work
