I'm trying to use my old parts to build another pc, i'm now trying to install an os, but either different blue screen come up or setup cannot copy the files.i've completed installing os earlier today, but no software seems to run/extract/unpacking works.

You have "bad" RAM in your computer, which is causing those "symptoms". Replace the RAM.
