Not charging when its plug in my computer
Not all computer USB ports put out enough current to charge batteries. If you're going through a hub, try connecting it directly. Try a different USB port if you have one. Try plugging it into a wall outlet if if you have an AC-USB adapter.

You MAY have a power glich. In which case, hold the power/menu botton down for 20 seconds or more, then connect it to the computer.It's best if you use a USB input that's NOT part of a Multi-USB base, as those DO cause power gliches.
