Question about Lasko 5521 Ceramic Electric Utility Heater
Fan works; Heater doesn't operate. No 24 volt control voltage at both relays. Temperature set high but does not energize. Jumpering across switched pins on relay powers up the heater elements. All controls act normal but missing 24 volt control voltage. If could locate the circuit board schematic could trouble shoot the board for defective component. Problem IS NOT the relays!

In the bottom of th e 5610 there are 2 automatic reset breakers. In betwene the two there is wire connecting them together. In the middle of this wire is a thermal resister and thats what repaired mine. Replace it and your heater will heat again.

I don't have manual, it's a borrowed one. Several days later, I pushed the botton at the bottom several times, looks it solved my problem.
