Samsung Galaxy S4: How to open back battery cover:
1) Flip the phone over so you see the back cover.. 2) Locate the notch on the side of the phone with your fingernail and pull the cover easily up to unlatch that area and all areas around the phone.. With one hard pull you can easily take off the whole cover.. don't be shy, your Samsung phone is sturdy enough to handle it.
All the blue arrows in the below image shows where the cover clicks into the inside of the phone to keep it closed. 3.) when you need to put the cover back on the phone.. place the cover over the back part of the phone, noting that the camera hole in the cover goes at the top..
Then grip your left hand on the left side of the phone and your right hand on the right side of the phone.. apply pressure to each side to click the latches to the phone locking it in place.
Afterwards, run your fingers along the back sides of the phone to see if there are any bulges (a latch may not have clicked in place). Either apply pressure there to click it into place or you may have to take the cover off again and try again.
It's very simple and easy once you get the hang of it.
Bending the back cover will not damage it because it is plastic.. unless you bend it to crease it. Below is Samsung's durability test. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrhCz6PnT78 (you may need to copy and paste this link to make it work) .
If Email is on your phone simply press and hold on picture to open in browser, once it opens up in browser, you can save it to gallery by pressing pic again and save.
If email is on a computer simply email it to your phone.
Hope this helps you.
One way to transfer (or save) a photo to your photo gallery is to click on the photo, then hold your finger down on it until a menu pops up. Click on "Save Image" and it will appear in your photo gallery.
Another way is to click on the photo so that it doesn't have any text or icons showing, then simply take a screenshot and it should appear in your photo gallery. Check the link to learn how to take a screenshot on your S4.
Where are those pictures stored? If you have an SD card in the phone, how old is it? Do you have an SD card reader? You are most likely having the problem because of this card and you should atttempt to remove any pictures on it before going any further. The process to remove the pics means that you have to use a card reader and a computer. When you do that, you can then then restore or format the card and try it in the phone again.
If u have Memory card??? Ur memory card might have Virus.. once do clear format after backup all ur important things...
if it still facing then wait for update...

Please
be noted that your phone memory should show as a drive letter in your
explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect
using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on
your computer.
