You have turn off the tablet, then hold Power and Volume+ for 10 seconds.
Then choose "wipe data/factory reset". Then choose "Yes - delete all user data" option. Then choose reboot option.

you will need to find your deleted apps folder and re install from there.
or you could go into your google apps and see if you can get them back from there.
