Question about Nvidia Computers & Internet
Compaq HP SR5505F desktop and Quickbooks 2013 have been working fine together up until 2 weeks ago. Then stopped printing. Any time selecting something related to pdf or print drivers, QB freezes up and have to shut the application down. Everything else on computer working fine. QB Support has spent many hours on it. Have isolated to NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 display adapter. When disabled (basic VGA mode), QB works fine. Updated to latest NVIDIA driver. No help. What could be causing this? Can I replace with another driver or do I have to replace graphics card?
If you installed the latest NVIDIA drivers, did you also try installing a different PDF printer driver? I would suggest try installing a different PDF printer driver like PDF995 or Foxit Reader. Post back how it works out.

The best thing to do in this case is to uninstall the software/drivers, download fresh copy from the Manufacturers website & install again.
Hope this works for you.

SOURCE: Dear Expert, almost a year ago
Hi, I did find a driver for your video card on it's official website. Here is the link to you driver download Is this the one you need? I just search for NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200, is it correct? Step: 1: Go to the link and download the driver. 2.After finish, double click on it and run the program. 3.Follow the instruction(Some custom change?) and finish the installation. Can't Help Much, But Effort Paid.

If the screen displays an image it is the right screen. The video card, in this case an nvidia geforce 9300, might be defective in which case it would need to be fixed by dell. But it sounds like it could just be an issue with getting the right drivers. The drivers can be found here:
for 32bit windows vista,
and here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-win7-winvista-64bit-270.61-whql-driver.html
for 64bit versions of vista.
If you aren't sure if you have a 32 or 64-bit version you can find out by right clicking on "my computer" and going to properties. It will be listed under system type.
