Question about Kenmore 31 cu. ft. French-Door Grab-N-Go Bottom-Freezer
I have tried pressing and holding the unlock key, however, there is nothing functioning on the control panel.
This error means some thing is wrong with the fan to the ice maker. It might also be a bad control board. If it is still under warranty get he board replaced. Kenmore has had some problems with these particular boards. You make be able to reset board by unplugging unit for a while and plugging it back in. Hope this helps

Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire freezer is not cooling properly and is now displaying the temperature of 56. It sounds like your freezer is not on, even though it has power the compressor is not turned on. I would suggest pressing either the down or up arrow three times within five seconds.
