Please don't shoot the messenger, but I think you battery has died.
You could try to clean the contacts with a dry cloth and put the battery on and of the charger several times, to reset the charger, but if it stays that way (fluctuating light) try another battery.

Volvo 940 does not starts. Starter works and turns, battery has charge. Changed a fuel pump, it helped for couple weeks. Then same thing happened. Cleaned fuel relay. It also helped for couple days but...

check your pump if you replaced the pre pump in your fuel tank you must check the seal .remove the plastic ring check the base at the entry to your pump is flat .it may be leaking air due to your seal not seated in correctly.

Fuel indications flucuate dramatically from empty to 380 miles remaining

This is usually dew to a broken sensor in the fuel tank or a electrical grounding issue between the tank and body.

It could as well be a gauge problem.

I hope this helps.

Our pc 940 does solid black copy

There is an open circuit on one of the charging components in the printer cartridge, the Canon E40. Replacing the cartridge should solve the issue. Be sure to use a high quality remanufactured cartridge or an original to try to avoid such issues.

Need to change osf indicator/sidelight on 1994 940 wentworth. cant see how old unit dismounts

Typically on all european fender lights you push them either towards the front or the rear of the car and that releases them. you'll simply use a fingernail to pull out on the side you push from.

My volvo 940 1993 keeps flashing the emission light when I restart warm car after a short trip - slow to start, need to give it some gas & rev

Sounds like you need an O2 sensor. You need to have it scanned, places like AutoZone will do this free of charge.

Failing smog computor says cataletyc not ready it has a knew converter

Check the oil level, to much can ruin catalytic converter. Check O2 sensors with scanner, make sure they are work accurately. Check air box while car running, apply aceteline gas with no flame, recheck scanner for O2 sensors flucuatation. Compare all sensors for flucuation of 1mv to 9mv. If sensors flucuate they are good, if no flucuation sensors need to be changed. recommend to change cat with bad sensors. Before changing cat check for bad pressure.
