I have a Sunquest Pro 16s tanning bed. I just put all new bulbs in and tanned 2 times then it quit working. the timer is still going but the bulbs went off and the fan stopped.

Have you checked to make sure the bulbs are inserted properly? If everything checks out well I would contact Sunquest customer service.

I have Sunquest Pro 16s tanning bed that I have just replaced all of the bulbs. One will still not light. Can anyone help?

There are no starters on the 16s. Did the position work before you replaced the bulb? If not and it still doesnt work with the new lamp, it is either a lampholder or ballast. If it worked before and doesnt now, it is either not in correctly or its a bad lamp, you can verify by swithching with another lamp

Accidentally plugged a 110 tanning bed into a 220 outlet. What may be damaged?

Actually the lights them selves might be damaged or the ballasts that start them. I do not know how you can test them. But if you look at the ends and they are black that is not a good sign. if they are the same shade from end to end thats good, the next thing might be the ballast's or starters. I do not expect you to have starters but they would be cheaper and easier to change if you did. To find the ballasts you would need to disassemble the bed. they would most likely be located between the lights and might power two four or eight lights each. and be connected to many wires. all leading to the lights at each end and the power supply. unplug the bed before you start they will be heavy and usually black color does not matter but they will be heavy. unless they are starters.

I have a Sunquest Pro 24S four upper bulbs went out together. I changed bulbs and starters. What else can it be?

Assuming the ballasts are good, Do a continuity check on the tombstones. If one stab wire arcs out, it could daisy chain down several bulbs. You can also wiggle the wires at the tombstones and see if the bulbs light up. If you replace tombstones, be sure to select the same style shunted or unshunted (electronic ballasts will be shunted).

You may have a wire burned out going to that set of ballasts/bulbs. Have a trained technician to check and repair this.
