'95 Dodge Caravan has a wobble kinda.

My dodge has a clunking wobble when your climbing up to speed. It shifts fine and as soon as you let off the gas the vibration stops and it cruises really smooth but when the gas is pushed again the wobble is back. I've checked tires, and half shafts. I replaced the wheel bearings cause the drivers side was destroyed and the passenger side was starting to leak grease but the problem is still there. Whats wrong?

Sounds like a bad U joint on one of your drive shafts on the front wheels.

How are the tires wearing, could you need an alignment? Is the anti sway bar broken? When I hear that you have a clunking noise while accelerating I want to blame your CV joints, are you sure they are fine?

Why does my 98 dodge caravan have trouble climbing hills?

A transmission issue would give vibration tremendously during uphill. If you're not getting the vibration, or burning smell of transmission fluid, suspect clogged catalytic converters.

1998 Dodge Grand Caravan will not shif into 2nd

Most likely the second gear section of the transmission has gone bad. There are 3 or 4 different gear sections or assemblies in an automatic transmission, when they go bad, they go bad.

2001 dodge caravan 3.3l v6 dtc 0700 & 0740

If it ran out of gas you may have sediment in the fuel lines causing rough running which may trigger a transmission code due to improper vacuum due to the rough running.
