You might have a motor failing. Before you order parts, you need to check some things. Disconnect the electrical power from the dryer. Two spring clips hold the top down on your dryer. Insert a putty knife or a small screwdriver into the crack between the cabinet and the top. About 2-3 inches in from each side is a spring clip. Push in on the clips and they will release the top from the cabinet. Lift the top and let it rest against the wall behind the dryer.
Rotate the drum slowly by hand and listen and feel for hard places. The drum should turn smoothly and fairly easily. You will be turning the motor and the blower wheel as you rotate the drum and if something is inside the blower housing you should hear it rubbing or moving around.
If nothing is wrong in the blower wheel or the drum bearings, the motor will be your problem.
