Question about Garden
If it has electric start, try turning it over with manual cord. If it still won't turn over, you have a problem. If you are lucky, removing spark plugs and pouring Marvel Mystery oil into the cylinders and letting it sit for a day or two may loosen stuck pistons or cam shafts. If you are able to turn it over easily with the plugs removed, empty the crankcase, refill with new oil, replace spark plugs, and start it up. Be sure to check oil level before each use.
