Question about Quasar SP-2725 27" TV
You're discussing about the less in height to picture; I assume. How old is this TV? If it is older than 3 years or so, you have to check all the electrolytic capacitors used at its vertical scan output section circuit. There will be usually 5 or 6 of it. Replace all of it at one time, and check. You have to open the TV, and have to solder these capacitors, and solder with new ones in place. It will be better to contact any service technician. The components said above won't cost more. Mind about the service charges. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.
