this happened to mine too. the guy at the store told me it isnt fixable but i think it might be. bring it to a tmobile booth

my phone had that problem and they told me the phone was no good and i don't believe it and many people told me diff storys

I called t-mobile and they said it would cost a flat &250.00 for that you buy a new phone...

lolll mine did the same thing but it didnt go up. i was in the shower and was scrolling it down n then it worked. it prolly doesnt work cuz its sticky and u need get it wet a little

jea same thing it dont read the sim card and doesnt connect to internet nothing not event txt messages and the guy said u cant fix it =(
