Question about Air Conditioning and Heat for Scion xB
There are a few things it could be. 1. heater core. 2. radiator. 3. thermostat. 4. could need a radiator flush. 5. switch in console is bad. How many miles is on the car? the easy and cheapest way is to replace the thermostat and do a radiator flush. If there is water leaking in side of the car leaking from behind the dash and down on the floorboard then it is more than likely your heater core.

It's a 40 amp fuse under the hood of your Scion. Should be in the panel by the battery. There should be a legend on the underside of the lid to that junction box. If memeory serves, the fuse you want is on the far left and up two.
