Question about Xerox Phaser 6128MFP AllInOne Laser Printer
Hi. I want to print on a A4 paper without the white side lines. Hope you can help me. Thanks
I think the problem is not with your printer but with page set up. Try going into settings for your printer and reduce the margins.

At first I didn't think the paper was the problem, but I looked up the specs on it and is seems to be a paper designed for an offset press.
I suspect after reading the information on the paper that the coating is not designed for the high temperatures of a laser printiers fuser heat of over 350 degrees.
I do suspect the paper is the issue.
sounds like you are melting the coating.

That is caused 99 percent of the time by the fuser.
There is a solid aluminum roll and a silicon rubber ( pressure) roller in the fuser. The pressure roller either developes some flat spots from park ( non running) time and over time heat and use cause it to deform and become out of round. What then happens is when the paper enters the fuser it does so with a slight twist, and the pressure of the fuser, for lack of a better term, Irons in that crease during the fusing process.
Gave the explaination so you would understand what is happening.

SOURCE: White lines Xerox docucolor 12
do an emergency stop on the machine as the paper is just coming into the main path, and you will catch the inage on the IBT. with a bit of luck on the drum as well. Is it not in 1 colour the white lines? Also are they thick or pencil like lines and from lead edge to trail edge?

have you changed image unit ? if not that may be a good start. You can try to clean contacts it all depends on the look of the lines.

Well that problem is because there is not enought oil on the fuser roll. The problem is the oil pump. change it before make one irreversible damage to the fuser or pressure rolls. Do a full maintenance of the fuser module.
