Timing belt replacemnt for 1991 Nissan pulsar

1. Disconnect battery.2. make sure the engine is at top dead center(TDC).3. take belts off.4. Remove pulleys, except for the camshaft pulley..5. Remove timing belt cover. At this point you should see the timing belt and also the water pump,if it's not external.I suggest while you have access to the water pump that you replace it.6. loosen timing belt tensioner and and finally remove belt.On the camshaft pulley, there should be a notch, making sure the notch is at the top of the pulley. 7. Tighten the timing belt, but not too tight.7. Installation is reverse of removal.

My HP Deskjet ink drive belt has broken, where do I find a replacemnt?

It's quite difficult to get a belt replacement. When I need one, I go to the flea market or Good will stores to buy a broken printer with a belt in good condition. I usually pay 5 to 10 USD for a printer that I'm going to use for spare parts. Sometimes I also get a working cartridge worth of $15 USD with the printer.

I need to replace the belt on my Miele washing machine. Can you tell me how to do it?

Open the washing machine's back access panel.Depending on the make and model of your washing machine, you may need a screwdriver to unscrew the screws that hold the panel up.Locate the washing machine's drive belt.It will be in clear view, detach the old drive belt.Use the screwdriver to unscrew the pump coupling. Then gently slide the old belt off of the drive belt notch. If the belt is broken,be careful not to leave any pieces in the washing machine's interior. Slide the new washing machine drive belt over the drive belt pulley in the machine.Carefully stretch the belt up and over the second pulley before releasing.Use the screwdriver to re-attach the pump coupling.Test the drive belt's tension. If it is looser, tighten the pulleys to increase the belt's tension.Replace the access panel and resume using your washing machine.
