Cant get past the acer screen

lopes acer screen then goes black and repeats that every time it stays one how do i fix it???

- starts up then goes to the white acer screen then trys to load a black screen with the green loading bar at the bottom then restarts and does it again. i cant get back to my log-in screen no more i deleted a file a while back that i didnt mean to which probley caused this but i have no way getting it back an i have no recovery disk.May 22, 2009

ok,your laptop OS file could be damaged so nothing booting later.
you may do follow steps
1) try F8 or F12 into boot sequence, choose safe mode to start your windowas, it could repair your damaged SYSTEM file. if still trouble
2) you may use a OEM windows disk (match your lable type)
booting from CD drive, then choose a windows repair, it maybe recovery your syastem. if can not do so
3) booting a OEM windows disk (match your lable type) reinstall new OS system(use the CDkey on the lable). and some driver you need downloard from Acer website.
