SOURCE: mikomi flashing blue light tv will not work

This could be your power DC.

I had the same trouble when I set the tv on its start normal.
but after a few min. the screens falsh on off, on off.

I change the adapter and the problem is solved!
Check this with a other DC power adapter.

I hope this will work. But for me it was the power DC adapter.

SOURCE: blue light flashing

Possibly the power board or the sustain board has died.
Power board failure does not stop the blue light from working as this is an LED on voltage side of power transformer. The set fails because it has detected a voltage difference in one o0f the other boards that controls the initial starup and convergence. Some transistors and capacitors are also possibly involved. Not a dIY unless you are skilled. Parts $300 labour ?
but about $400
If you are a DIY get a kit from this site, complete with step by step instructions This is an LCD rear projection set.The yellow blob may be from the drivers to the LCD display, dirt or object on the projection mechanism, stain on the mirrors or lamp; bad projection lamp - among others. If you are handy, get inside the set and see if you can observe any of the items mentioned above.

My TV wont turn on

I suspect that the power supply board has failed and needs to be replaced. It is also possible that the capacitors on the board have failed as well and can be replaced to save the original board.

Had this problem too
just remove the rubber cap where the charger bit is and replace the 2 RECHARGEABLE batteries. If the light is flashing just turn the power off on the headphones. :)

TV HAS RED LIGHT SHOWING WILL NOT SWITCH ON

Hi, The red light shows there is power connected to the set. The fact that it won't power up is due to a problem with the power supply circuit in the set. or a problem with the switch circuit or the mains power transformer. The tv will turn on but no the screen wont. and

Replace the lamp would be the first thing to try. Lamp door switch on this model is notorious for going bad. If you replace lamp and still won't turn on jumper door switch. If you take off back you can see switch board.

This is a common fault with these units there is a problem in the power supply ( leaky capacitors ) the manufactures used the wrong type 85c not 105c thus the break down.
Do not attempt to repair this there are very high voltages and can kill ask a qualified person with the correct equipment to carry out this work for you
