Samsung SF-3200 Fax print head moves evrey 1 minet

Can you help i was given a sf -3200 and the print head moves every min even in stand by do you have a suggestion of what to do

You could try pressing the ink save button the movement it down to the machine checking the cartridge.

Problem with the samsung sf 3200

1- Print on half:
you should go into the menu, under setting, look for ink save or similar, and cancel it, it should work fine
2- go to menu again, under fax setting, chose mode Fax or TEL/FAX, the the item after it is Answering ring counts, set it as you like.

Samsung sf-5100 Fax machine - no paper

Check inside the paper tray area to see if the paper sensor flag is dislodged. Otherwise it will be a board problem. Vacuum clean out any toner spill. Try a can of compressed air to blow any paper dust from any sensor. They will be the little black U shaped devices. Make sure the flafs move freely in and out of the sensors.
