Question about Emporio Armani Watches
Have a new watch for Christmas but I can't get it started? I have wound it clockwise and there isn't any resistance. I have also tried wearing it and gently rocking it but nothing is working!
This watch is battery operated QUARTZ make sure you av pushed the crown fully in, if that doesn't work it needs a new battery.,,

hi...either the generator is shot or the rechargeable battery...yes, it should run overnight....my guess is that it should run a couple of months without wearing/charging it...I suggest you mail it back to the manufacturer.....d.

The Tag Heur repair center says an automatic watch must go through an "initiation" process. They recommend winding manually 40 revolution of the crown clockwise. You must wear an automatic watch at least eight hours per day. Repat the initiation if the watch is not worn for 20 hours or so.

If thats a new watch then there could be an issue in the movement and its possible it could be covered under warranty. Take it back to the store asap!
