Do you have both an ethernet and a phone cable connected to either your modem or your computer? If you have an ethernet connection, there is no reason to keep the phone cable connected. They are competing. Remove the phone cable and you should be fine.

Vizio wireless router support

Try removing the power cord from the back of your modem and router and let it sit for 30 seconds to reset. Plug in your modem first and make sure it's fully loaded. Then plug in your router and wait 30 seconds to load and try again.

I want to connect my ps3 through my cricket broadband a600 modem how do i do that

Hi Cody,

My name is Ryan and I work on behalf of Cricket.

Cricket Broadband modems have not been certified for use with these types of devices/applications. Cricket's Customer Care does not troubleshoot these devices or applications.

Some users have found alternative methods in order to achieve this, but please be aware that online game-play may use a large amount of data that may cause account to use up its associated data amount until a user experiences throttled speeds that still provide unlimited internet for basic web browsing and email.

You will need to add a tethering plan to your AT&T account. They will also instruct you to download the AT&T connection manager software to your laptop. Hope this helps!

Dlink router wont connect to enternet

so that means you are not able to go online using the router.
If you connect the computer directly to the modem, does it work ?
If that works then the modem is working properly.
You can try to reset the router for 30 seconds , then unplug the power to the router and plug it back in. Wait for 1 minutes and then try to set up the router manually.

if the light is blinking when you plug the ethernet cable, it should be ok. If it blinks, unplug the modem, wait 15 secs. then plug it back in so the modem can get the computer's ip adderss. Now, if it does not blink, try another cat5 cable first, and if that does not work you may need to replace your ethernet card.

Wireless not working

remove the adapter plug from your modem and also from router. plug in the cable modem and wait 10 seconds, then plug in the router and this should work, if it does not work, there is something wrong with the router.

Speedstream 5260 (5262) //EnterNet300

i m sorry to say that enternet300 1.5c is not available these days in online.

instead of enternet , windows xp has a similar built in interface, its 99% similar to enternet

try configurin your isp using this simple procedure, configuring this interface is pretty easy compared to enternet.

so go ahead and give a try . i m sure u wont regret !

•Go to Start->Control Panel •Then Network & Internet Connections
•Then Network Connections
•Select Create a new Connection
•Click Next
•Select Connect to the Internet then click Next
•Select Set up my connection manually then click Next
•Select Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password then click Next
•Type in your ISP's name then click Next (**See Note Below)
•Enter your user name as provided by your ISP.

for example: You might need to inlude your domain as part of your username.

•Enter your password, then confirm it

•Select Use this account name
•Select Make this the default Internet connection then click Next
•Select Add a shortcut to this connection to your desktop then click Next
•Hit Connect

i guess this must resolve your issue :)

Wont work

Does Big Pond and your new ISP dodo use the same values for VPI/VCI?

If not, you need the correct VPI/VCI for your new ISP.

Read the FAQ at DSL Reports on the 5260 and changing the VPI/VCI using EnterNet 300 1.5b or EnterNet 300 1.5c.
