Need license for presto not to show a hat on paper

When printing from email.the print is not clear due to a hat writes on top of email stating it need a license will make Presto stop watermarking your print job.can't fine the right license for this

The hardest part of cleaning the dish is that you can't get your hand inside the cage surrounding the dish. What I did was to use a wire cutter to snip enough pieces of the cage off so that I could get access to the dish. If you do it carefully, it looks as if it was intended and doesn't prevent the cage from working. If you think of the cage/dish as a clock, I cut all the strips between 9 and 11, and 1 and 3. Easy to clean the dish afterwards.

That might not solve the buzzing problem, though. It didn't solve it for me.

Fom what I saw online,you need a disc that you can buy seperate-online from wallmart--presto replacement powercup concentrator # 09964. Put the cardboard disc on bottom.either with a little oil or not, add !/3 cup popcorn and put top on. Microwave for 2-21/2inutes. You can reuse the disc a few times till it turns brown. I got on of these poppers at a yard sale. Its missing the bottom, but works o.k. Enjoy

I just got one of these w/Instructions, Says fill oil to fill level line inside. Cooking oil or shortening. Never use more than (2) - 8 ounces cups of cooking oil or (1) pound of shortening. Hope this helps!

My Star TSP600 Thermal Printer is displaying a flashing Error light. Power light on, new roll of paper loaded correctly, self-test was ineffective - nothing printed. What's my next step?


i know you stated you put the paper in correctlyin the printer but if the thermal reactive side of the paper is not facing the print head the thermal paper won't print on the wrong side of the paper. it will load into the printer and seem ok but the heat on the wrong side of the paper will not react and show any writing. Can you try turning the paper over in the printer feed holder so the other side of the paper faces the print head and give it another test .

Does not write same place/ print moves on paper/ printed image is in a different place each print
probably the latter
if the image is moving from one page to the next, the cahnces are the paper stop (registration) rollers are not reacting when required, possibly due to a POOR CLUTCH,, replace the registration roller assembly for correct repair

This state can be reached in the following circumstances:
  • Paper tray is empty
  • Door open
  • Paper jam
  • Misfeed from tray

Action

Verify that the print cartridge is present and that the print-cartridge door is closed correctly.
Verify that media is present in the input tray.
Clear any jams and perform paper-path functional checks.
To reset the printer after a jam, press the Go button.
You might need to clear the error manually, and press the Go button or close the top cover.

What does the stop button do? I'm out of state and a relative asked me if I knew what the "stop" button does on her presto printer. Our other relative who lives closer isn't available for a few days, so...


Main purpose of stop buttons is to stop the job immediately. If you enter wrong no of prints or copies you have to stop it in flash.This button will do it some times you have to press it more than two times.

1-Print the attached document !

2-Write your usual signature on the printed paper

3-Scan the paper by any scanner

How to increes the e-mail printing size i recived in windows xp, when i pirnt a e-mail off it prints a verey small 90x140 size on an A4 PAGE i would like the e-mail to cover the a4 page with larger...


One way would be to have the Presto account manager choose the largest size font. But if that is not big enough, you could ask the email sender to create the message in Microsoft Word, or other word processor, and then save it as a PDF and attach it to the cover email. It will print from the Presto Printing Mailbox exactly as it was created in the PDF.

do you get an error message on the computer screen?if yes - what is that message....? I am stating the various problem causes for the issue you have stated without even knowing if you do get an error message or not.it would get resolved if you try these steps correctly as mentioned.It should be due to one of these causes. Cause ---The top cover of the printer is open. Solution 1. Close the top cover of the printer. 2. Press the RESUME button. Cause --Printer senses that there is paper being fed. Solution 1. Press the RESUME button to feed the paper. Continue with the following steps, if the paper does not feed. 2. Turn the printer off. 3. Open the top cover of the printer. 4. Make sure that paper is not jammed in the printer. 5. Lift the right black rectangular paper sensor (located in the middle of the printer just below the silver rod on which the cartridge carriage slides). 6. Make sure that nothing is stuck under the paper sensor (you can blow under the sensor to remove dust). 7. Close the top cover of the printer. 8. Turn the printer on. 9. Try printing again. cause --The printer was waiting for you to insert paper and then did not print. Solution Press the RESUME button to eject the printed page into the OUT tray. cause --Printer does not sense paper in paper tray. Solution 1. Check to see if there is paper in the paper tray. 2. If there is paper, remove the paper. 3. Make sure that the paper width and paper length adjusters are set for the correct paper size. 4. Load paper in the paper tray. 5. Press the RESUME button. cause --The RESUME light blinks when the computer is restarted or turned on. Solution ---This problem may occur when the printer is on before the computer is turned on or restarted. The printer should be turned on after the computer is turned on and turned off before the computer is turned off or shut down. Press the RESUME button to clear the printer and get it to the normal state. cause--Printer detects a faulty, missing, incompatible, or improperly installed print cartridge. Solution 1. Open the top cover of the printer. The RESUME light will flash until it is closed. 2. Pull the top of the cartridge towards you until the cartridge unsnaps from the cradle. NOTE : Make sure not to touch the copper-colored contact tape on the back of the print cartridge. 3. Click here (bpa00585) (in English) to check that you have the correct cartridges. 4. If you have the correct cartridges, then pick up the black cartridge. Notice that it has an arrow on the top. 5. Hold the cartridge so the arrow on the top is pointing towards the printer. 6. Tilt the cartridge slightly towards you. 7. Keep the cartridge tilted slightly towards you as you insert the cartridge into the right cradle. 8. Push the cartridge firmly forward into an upright position. You will hear a click when the cartridge is firmly in place. 9. Pick up the color (called tri-color) cartridge. Notice that it has an arrow on the top. 10. Hold the cartridge so the arrow on the top is pointing towards the printer. 11. Tilt the cartridge slightly towards you. 12. Keep the cartridge tilted slightly towards you then insert the cartridge into the left cradle. 13. Push the cartridge firmly forward into an upright position. 14. Close the lid of the printer. You will hear the sound of the cartridge cradle as it moves to the right side of the printer. cause --The print cartridge contacts are dirty and the printer does not recognize the print cartridge. Solution 1. Open the top cover of the printer. 2. Remove the print cartridges. 3. Clean the copper-colored contact points on the cartridges with a damp, lint-free cloth. (Distilled water is recommended. Tap water might contain contaminates that could damage the cartridge.) NOTE: Do not wipe the nozzle end of the cartridge or touch the silver-colored nozzle plate on the bottom of the cartridge. 4. Turn off the printer. 5. Unplug the power cord from the printer. 6. Clean the carriage contacts on the back wall of the ink cartridge carriage with a damp, lint-free cloth. 7. Use a dry, lint-free cloth to remove the moisture from the contacts. If the carriage contacts show noticeable damage, have your printer serviced. 8. Plug in the power cord. 9. Try printing again.
