Trying to replace the fly bar assembly on a micro twister pro 2.4g but can't get the old one off. Have pulled it apart and removed the pin at the top of the post but the black plastic post won't come off? Any ideas?

My craftsman 190cc 625 series lawn mower stopped and a friend said that there is a pin that drops when the mower blade gets caught and stops, I'm really in need of help on how to get to the pin if possible...

Wow it's a lot of work it's called the fly wheel key that is sheard. In every case like this you have to make sure you remove the spark plug or uncap the spark plug. Remove the pull cord assembly and then use a pipe or wooden board to keep the blade from moving underneath the mower. VERY VERY IMPORTANT TO USE A CLAMP TO HOLD DOWN THE CLUTCH BRAKE AND DO NOT REMOVE IT TILL YOUR FINISHED OR YOU'LL BRAKE OFF THE BRAKE FOOT ON THE LEVER. Use a breaker bar to remove the bolt holding the fly wheel down. Now here is the hard part. The fly wheel is made of aluminum and can brake easily as well as the fly wheels blades. If it cracks or the fly wheel blade is cracked or broken it's junk. If you don't have a Briggs and Straton puller you can use a lug wrench and pry the fly wheel up. You must first place the nut back on the 1 inch bolt on the center shaft so the threads are not showing at the top of the drive shaft. You have to hit the nut on the center hard but not like to hard to brake anything. After you get the fly wheel off you have to use the model and serial number to get the key from a lawn mower shop. Place the key under the fly wheel and very carefully watch to see if it lines up as you push the fly wheel down. Push it down from side to side so it fits flush. Tighten the bolt. Don't start it first see if when you pull the pull cord it moves with out pulling the rope back into the mower. You'll have to make sure the top bolt is tight like maybe 60 pounds. MJ

How do I change fly wheel key

You need to pull the blower housing off. Then remove the the starter cup from on top of the flywheel. Pry off the flywheel usually by insert a prybar under the flywheel pulling up while tap on the side of the flywheel. you will see the key in the center of the flywheel. after removing the old key, replace flywheel then insert key into grooves after you line the two grooves up.

Lever handle on top of pump will not move

You need to take out the six bolts around the sides and pull out what is called the "key assembly". Grit or debris has worked its way into the o-ring on the diverter shaft and that needs to be replaced. Its a good idea to replace the white disc under the lever also while you have it apart. You'll need to remove the pin that goes through the lever to take it apart. Make sure the lever is correctly oriented when re-assembling. The pointer part of the handle should be over the open spot on the diverter.

Imaginext Batcave lift sticks and doesn't go up and down. Does anyone know how to fix this?

the thread is too long, so you have to remove the top, screws (x2) on either side, then unscrew the lift reel (black disc) from the red twister (on top where figures feet fits into).
Take lift to top of run until it comes off runners, pull two halves apart and trim thread behind knot to shorten to required length), retie knot and re assemble.

My micro twister helicopter starts to fly and then after 5 seconds the body starts to oscillate in piitch and yaw and becomes uncontollable it worked well when i first got it. whats wrong with it?

check the flybar connector pin. I bought two twisters and they had the same problem you described after a few hard crashes. I cut a safety pin up and made a C shape that held so i could keep flying that night(the heli had a two foot oscillation ,though). The store where i bought it gave me free replacement pins and said to put a touch of plastic cement across the outside. not zap or super glue as it will cappillary along the pin and glue it to the main upright

Pull to start, smoke comes out and motor binds

Sounds as if the mower has run over a large rock prior to what you are describing, you have a definate sheered pin on the crankshaft, causing the smoke(completely out of time).
You need to take the top off the engine 2 or 4 philip screws on the top plastic shroud, the pull chord assembly removing the pull chord as one unit, 3 philip screws need to be unscrewed or 3 rivets need to be drilled out to unfasten this assembly, after this is complete you will remove the 3/4" nut that holds the "flywheel" securely to the main shaft(crankshaft) with a small hammer and the 3/4 nut lightly threaded on the shaft take a block of wood and lightly tap it this action releases the flywheel from the shaft...do you now see the woodruff pin sheared off in the machined groove on the shaft? replace that pin(shear pin, woodruff pin many names for the same part) take the old one to Ace Hardware or the like and get a new one, while it is apart and the plug of course is removed for safety sake of no start while working on it... turn the blade observe from the under carriage to see if the shaft is bent if it is I dont recommend repairing it replace the mower its an expensive job, if the shaft is ok sometimes the blade gets bent...replace the blade, Ace should have this as well bring old blade along when you go for the pin.
Happy Mowing!!

99 olds culass headlight bulb replacement

Look at the top of the headlight assembly. There is a plastic panel on top of the assembly that is held in place by two plastic pins. Remove those pins by lifting the center of the pin and then pull out the pin. Remove the panel. Then you will find two small plastic levers that will lift about 1/2 inch. They do not come out but they will release two studs that secure the assembly. After the assembly is released, slide it forward to access the bulbs you need to replace. Installation is the reverse of these procedures.
