Have a Dynadock connected to an M300 laptop, when the Dynadock is connected, it will drop the DVD drive out of the device manager completely. Start up the laptop without it connected and there are no problems at all.
NB: Have tried the upper and lower buffer key deletion fix as advise from other sites on the net.

Well, without any further information like OS version, etc I'm just going to give the standard Windows response.
Uninstall the Dynadock software and drivers. Then follow this link to Displaymate, http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297 to completely remove the core software. Then download and install the latest drivers from Toshiba for your Dynadock and you should be good to go. If this doesn't work then it's a USB issue.
just try with fixing the hard drive connection properly and in bios also check how much capacity motherboard can support .according to your specification it will not support the higher capacity hard disk .make sure you installing the new hardidsk as same capacity of your older hard drive.
