All i have is a blank screen & on the left hand corner it says bootmgr is compressed press ctrl+alt+del to restart & when i do that it goes 2 main screen when comp first comes on then goes back 2 the BOOTMGR thing why??
(1) Can go to repalce the same Bootmgr from the recovery partition .
(2) Can go ahead and repace the Boot.mgr file from the boot disk ... Follow the below steps
>> put in the bootable disk
>> go to the repair your computer
>> click on the load driver
>> use the mini Windows Explorer to right-click the boot-drive and deselect “Compress this Drive” and choose Apply to sub-folders and files.
