Problem for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 for PC

Bootmgr is compressed press ctrl alt del to restart problem

all i have is a blank screen & on the left hand corner it says bootmgr is compressed press ctrl+alt+del to restart & when i do that it goes 2 main screen when comp first comes on then goes back 2 the BOOTMGR thing why??

Are you trying to dual boot with vista? See this article.

MS article on proper installation technique here.
