Software doesn't work anymore

Hallo,

I am the owner of an Acer Flatbed scanner type SZW 4300U. When I bought this scanner, I got software compatible for windows 98. Since I use a new PC with Windows XP,  my software doesn't work anymore. At BENQ the new owner of ACER Scanners I downloaded some new software for my scanner. At the moment I'm able to scan pictures and foto's. What they didn't offer me is the rest of the software, belonging to the scanner I bought. The people of BENQ couldn't help me when I asked for XP-compatible scan software,  therefore i'm unable to work in Word, OCR, etcetera. Could you please help me with this problem?

- The name of the Software CD that doesn't work anymors is:
Color Fladbed Scanner, DISC 1, MiraCD for PC.
The CD contents the following programs:
- MiraScan Driver-USB,
- Copier,
- Scan Button,
- FineReader OCR
- PageManager
- Active Share
- Acrobat Reader
- User's Manual

I have done my very best to solve this problem by my own, but without any result.
