Question about Tablets & eReaders
I have contacted Southern Telecom twice, have two different ticket numbers from them. Have been on hold for 40 minutes waiting on customer representative to tell me where I can locate this guide. This was give to my sister for Christmas and she has no knowledge of tablets and she lives in Cleveland Ohio. I am trying to get this user's guide for her. If I can't get it, I am going to advise her to return it and get another brand. I have never had so much trouble and aggravation trying to get a user's guide. The one page quick start guide is of no help to her. Can anyone help me???
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: internet is very slow on tablet
You probably have some viruses and malware.
Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.
Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
When Installing choose the non-pro version.
Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:
Download, Install and Run Super Anti-Spyware:
If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...
You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

SOURCE: no power
I had the same problem! It's not your charger, it's the tablet.
Most likely, the soddering came apart on the inside of the tablet, on the part that connects the charging port with some important wires. You can either take the cover off and fix it, but if it's like mine, it'll just come apart again.
This is what i did: plug in the tablet, and cross the cord from the right across the screen, to the left, and make sure it's tight. I use a binder clip to make sure it stays and charges.
Now try powering it up....that should work :)
