Try cyberlink youcam for softt ware, if you are talking about the driver then i need to know your laptops model

go to device manager, un-install your web cam and re-install with the drivers cd of web cam, also change the port of the cam els the cam may gone

dsavageprosp- Do you have any controlling software installed? I know on integrated HP WebCams they usually use Cyberlink YouCam for web-cam software (which SHOULD be pre-installed with an integrated camera), under Start>Programs>CyberLink YouCam>CyberLink YouCam. There are two files needed for the webcam to work. Go to the HP support driver page and look for the driver for the Cyberlink Youcam. You'll have to put the exact model number in a special search box in order to download the youcam software from HP
