Autoprogram for lcd hd tv keeps taking me back to autoprogram.

You may need a signal amplifier to get the signal strength to keep the television synchronized with the input signal. The television tuner is losing the signal and has to keep searching to find it. You can amplify the signal with a small cable signal amplifier. You can usually find these amplifiers in your local electronics store like Fry's or the Micro Center. They are adaptors that will hook up between the cable and the television input. Look for them under television cable signal amplifiers. You can also buy them on line. Just put the name in you favorite search engine and find the stores that sell them. If you are still in doubt about the amplifier. Make a call to the local or online store and ask them how they work and how to use them with you television. They will be glad to help you and make a sale . If this doe not solve your problem then you may have a problem with the signal input circuit and need a service technician to test it. They will be able to tell if if you need some repairs to fix it. If you have more question about this problem just ask and some one will help you. I hope this information help you with your problem.

Losing signal intermittently every 1-5 minutes

This problem is probably due to weak signal strength from the cable to the television. Buy a signal amplifier for you cable line in and use another cable out of the amplifier output to your Television input signal source, This should bring up the signal strength for you.You could also have your cable company check the input signal strength to you house or apartment and see if the cable itself needs repairing or replacing. If this does not help with your problem , then you need to have your television tuners signal input circuit tested it may have weakened from age. This may be adjustable in the tuner box, but this is something for a service technician to determine. customer service number for Insignia is 1-877467-4289. Hope this helps you with your problem

Tv screen is white; sound is ok

Need more information about you problem. Does the white screen appear on all functions.Does any input signal like a dvd or vcr show picture. If so, then you have a problem with signal connection coming from the television signal source, like a cable or satellite box. You need to check the connecting cables to see if they are outputting signal. Try using different cables to connect the signal source to the television. If this does not work. Try hooking up the signal source to another television to make sure you are receiving signal from them.If all this seems to be working fine and you are sure that you are using the remote control inputs correctly, you may have a problem the video input signal board on the television. You can contact PROSCAN at this web address. Go to customer support and ask for their technical assistance with your problem. The telephone number for PROSCAN service is 1-888-977-6722.
