It appears that some temporary files or cookies are corrupted on the computer, please follow the steps below:
1. On the Internet Explorer, Click Tools> Internet Option
2. Under the General Tab> Click Delete
3. Then Click Apply and Ok
Now, press "Windows key (the flag sign)+R", it will open RUN command
Type "%TEMP%" (without quotes) and hit Enter
Delete all the files under it (Some of the files will not delete, you can skip them)
Restart the computer
It should take care of the issue.
