Ok, I know it's a little lame to still be using a Dos-Based program. But I'm using a Point of sale program at work that is dos-based, and as they sometimes say "If it ain't Broke don't fix it"... Anyway, When I print to THIS printer (Dell 3100cn), from this DOS-BASED program only, it prints an extra sheet of paper with the following ONE line of information on it: @PJL EOJ NAME="0357335335.. etc". I'm reasonably sure EOJ is end of job, but I would like it NOT to print this unessessary piece of information and quit wasting paper. Is there something I can do to shut this off?? (This line is not printed from ANY of our other printers)
THANK YOU!!
Extra line printing... @PJL EOJ NAME...
Your printer paper size shorter than your PC dos-program print size setting, example: if use a letter size paper to print a A4 size file which should occur two paper go out..
so you need check your PC print setting or take a presetting paper size, make a size match between PC program and paper in printer .
hope you fix it, please take a rating let me know how much helped you thanks!
