There's nothing Yahoo can do with your credit card stolen details, contact your bank either immediately.
Keep contacting Yahoo customer support with your stolen email account. Sometimes they are too lazy and ignore some messages so flood them with frequently repeated message until they answer

one week ago I changed my old password then my new password did work now for whil. However it was surprised am my new password did not work so far I have not been opening my gamil for few day I don't how what is happen please help me so

Google allows you to sign in via one account at a time. So if you have 2 or more Gmail accounts, you need to sign OUT from one before signing IN to the other.
To sign OUT from Gmail, go to the upper right corner of the page, click on the silhouette/photo, then click "Sign out". See also:
After you have signed OUT from one Gmail account, you can then sign IN for the other account.
